9:45 Breakfast: Honey butter in toast, Green tea

10:10 Walk to Villa Borghese park

11 ish I sneeze and a man walking by with a t-shirt that read "Only elephants wear Ivory" said, "Salud!" (in English, Bless you) I thought that was nice. I like people with morals.

12 pm Short coffee stop at the Piazza by via del Corso

14:02 Lunch at Alfredo di Roma. The REAL Fettuccine Alfredo

14:30 Finally bought the coveted Acqua di Parma Iris Nobile. I smell diviiine

14:51 Walk up the Spanish Steps

16:07 Hair-cut and blow dry.

18:20 Second outing of the day

18:47 Made a wish at the Fontana di Trevi

19:30 Had a real full bodied cappucino

20 Dinner: Bresaola and 1/2 a bruscetta

21:03 Return to Albergo Ottocento

Week Re-cap

So many highlights this week!

First at the academy we sat for demonstrations of the Opera cake and Lobster. Not in the same dish obviously (and thankfully). We were to be making these dishes after the weekend. As for the weekend, I packed my things and left for Geneva. Matters to tend to there, glad I went. So on Tuesday, we had our only day off on a weekday. Guess what I did? Im scared to admit this. ok fine. I went to Disneyland. Hahaha!! No its true!! I went on the Rockin roller coaster, Phantom Manor, Thnder mountain and Pirates of the caribbean. Thats it. It was a craving it was. Then I went to the employment office. Yup, Im thinking of moving to the Magic Kingdom, permanently! Ahahaha! Ah well, time will tell. It is after all a kingdom I can govern in my own silly way.
